ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days. As all of our jewellery is handmade occasionally it can take a little longer.
We may encounter a longer order processing time during peak sale and holiday periods, please allow up to four business days to receive your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
Shipping starts from $9.95 on orders under $119.
FREE standard shipping on orders over $119.
FREE express shipping on orders over $299.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, prices are calculated at checkout and you can choose from two options:
- Standard Shipping - trackable (6 plus business days)
- Express Shipping - trackable (4 to 10 business days)
Please note there are some countries that we do not ship to because of carrier limitations and higher costs. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, please email us at aloha@houseofaloha.com.au.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
House of Aloha is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
House of Aloha is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. House of Aloha is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered or any transit delays. House of Aloha will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
