Warming Honey Spiced Yummmm's

These Yummmmm's are all kinds of amazing, I kinda Loveeeeeee raw honey and when it's gifted to me by someone who has the same love for bees and their magic, well I best make a dammm wonderful creation to celebrate those bees :)

Raw honey to me is so very worth paying the few extra dollars for, once honey is pasteurised it looses a lot of the amazing health benefits like naturally occuring enzymes and nutrients, Raw honey is jam packed with antioxidants and it contains antibacterial and anti fungal properties  to support our immune system.

I don't use a lot of honey in my diet because yes it is still a sugar, but I'm all about balance and raw honey is a far better alternative than regular sugar, and it tastes amazingggggg :)

Ingredients

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup of fresh dates

2 tbls raw honey

1 tbls coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp powder ginger

1/4 tsp clove powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg powder

Directions

Place the dates in a food processor pulse until they start to break down, add the walnuts and pulse a few more times, add the remaining ingredients and blend until everything starts to come together, roll into bite sized balls (optional roll balls into a mixture of cinnamon and ginger powder) then set in the freezer for an hour to set. Super yummy and spicy enjoy xx
