Salted Caramel and Pecan Bites

Yup, this is tots how the gal rolls!!! Seriously some epic raw magic right here!!!!!

I want my treats to not only taste AMAZING!!!! I want them to deliver some amazing goodness to my bod! That's why when I was creating these lil bad boys I decided to add some tonic herb magic of He Shou Wu for some kidney nourishment and support and to help calm the adrenals. It's been go go go go gooooooo lately, and at times that can really send my body into melt down! So He Shou Wu is tots perfect for that lil extra support my body needs when tings are extra Loco!!

Ingredients

1 cup of soft fresh dates

1 1/2 cups of pecans

1/4 cup shredded coconut

2 tsp mesquite powder

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tsp salt

2 tsp He Shou Wu tonic herb extract

1 tbls melted coconut oil

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture starts to come together, if the mixture is a little dry, add a tsp of water, roll into bite sized balls and place in the freezer to set for approx 1 hour, will keep in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month, but as if they will last that long, seriously yummmmoooooo xx
