Raw Ginger Bread People

Christmas treating the healthy raw way, Indulge right this silly season with my raw ginger bread peeps! Nutrient dense, gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free and lip licking ginger bliss!!

Ingredients

12 large fresh dates

1 cup of almonds

1/2 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup shredded coconut

3 tbls maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

6 drops of doterra ginger oil

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp all spice

Directions

In a food processor place the nuts and pulse until they start to break down, add the dates and the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and the mixture starts to form a ball. Press into gingerbread moulds or use a gingerbread man cookie cutter to cut out the shapes. Place in the freezer and let set for at least an hour. Enjoy xx and a very merry christmas to you all xx
