No Bake, Everything but the Kitchen Sink Breakfast Bars to go

So I hear you say, I have no time for breakfast! Well that excuse won't fly with me, not with this creation, I've packed everything in these bars that will kick start your engine and delivery so much goodness your body will be thanking you for! I'm talking great healthy fats, healthy carbs, loads of protein, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and OH of course yumminesssss!!! Seriously awesome stuff right here, takes about 10 mins to create and breakfast is served for the next few days, even better the whole family will love them! 

Oaty pecan and cacao nib energy bars

Ingredients                                                                               makes 12 bars            

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup of pecan nuts chopped

2 tbls chia seeds

3 tbls pepita seeds

3 tbls cacao nibs

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1/3 cup of coconut oil

2 tbls of raw honey

1/2 cup of tahini

1 tsp cinnamon 

Directions

Line a slice tin with baking paper, place the coconut oil in a small pan and heat until it's melted take off the heat and allow to cool, place the oats, pecans, coconut, pepita's, cacao nibs, and chia seeds into a large mixing bowl and give it a good stir, add the honey, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and tahini to the coconut oil and stir until it's all combined, add this mixture to the oat mix and mix well until everything is well coated, place the mixture into the baking tray, press down firmly to compact the mixture together, place in the fridge and let set for 2 hours, once set cut into slices and store in an air tight container for up to a week, No excuses for not eating your breakfast right here!
