Mango, Lime and Rosewater Lassi

Summer feels right here👌👌👌👌 hydrating yumminess for these longer and warmer days, you’re welcome 😉

 

Ingredients                Serves 2

 

1 large mango (flesh diced and placed in the freezer until just frozen, approx 2 hrs)

1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton not tinned)

1/4 cup coconut water

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

Juice of one lime

1 tbls Rosewater (found in most health food shops)

2 tsp maple syrup

 

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, process until smooth and creamy, serve straight away, to easy, enjoy 😉
