I can’t believe it’s not a hot x bun raw easter eggs

Yes I would call this creation Egg-cellent hehe ;) If you're a Hot X Bun lover like yours truly, you're going to want to give this one a try, I'm Egg-cited xx

Ingredients

3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

5 tbls sifted raw cocoa powder

2 tsp mixed spice powder

1/4 tsp clove powder

2/3 cup dried mixed fruit roughly chopped,

(sultanas can replace the mixed fruit if you’re not a fan of the peel etc thats typically found in mixed fruit mixes)

6 drops of food grade cinnamon oil (I use doterra)

(if you can’t find the oil, substitute it for 11/2 tsp cinnamon powder, but trust me, the oil gives it a flavour that hits the hot x bun spot, so do your best get a hold of some)

Directions

Roughly chop the mixed fruit and set aside, Shift the cacao powder, and spices in a large mixing bowl, add the melted coconut oil, cinnamon oil, vanilla bean paste and maple syrup and whisk until everything comes together and you’ve achieved a smooth lump free raw chocolate mixture, place the chopped mixed fruit in and sire thoroughly until all the fruit is well coated, pour spoonfuls of mixture into Easter silicon moulds if you have them, making sure a balanced combination of both fruit and chocolate are in each mould to ensure consistency of each chocolate, any silicon mould could be used if you don’t have easter themed ones. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set and enjoy ;) Seriously AMAZING!!!
