Try these super simple to create, lip smacking, nutrient dense and super hydrating Ice blocks! These lil not so bad boys are that yummy, the kids won't even know they are healthy.
Ingredients Makes approx 6 Ice Blocks.
2 large mangos, peeled and diced
1 cup of coconut cream
the juice of 2 limes (Zest optional)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
4 Tbls maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into Ice block moulds, set in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until set, enjoy straight from the freezer. To simple, enjoy xx
