Candy Cane Fudgy Bites

Ingredients

2 cups of fresh dates

1 cup natural hazelnuts

1/2 shredded coconut

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 maple syrup 

1 Tsp Vanilla bean paste

12 drops of Doterra Peppermint oil

Pinch of salt

Directions

Place dates and nuts into a food processor, process until they start to break down. add coconut, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, pinch of salt and the 12 drops of peppermint oil, process well until everything is well combined, place spoonfuls of mixture into small silicon cup moulds and press down firmly to fill any gaps.

(If you don't have silicon moulds, you could also roll mixture into bite sized balls)

Place in the freezer for approx 2 hours to set, 

Top with Raw Chocolate and a mini candy cane (Optional but a nice touch for this time of year) Enjoy xx
