Cacao Maca Omgggg Bowl, Yummmm

So it's that time of the month, sorry guys I'm going to talk about girly time, you know that time when you are feeling super sensitive, your body needs extra loving and comfort and you feel like the world is against you, or is that just me?? hehehe ;) So when it's that time of the month I usually crave sweet and comforting foods, and yes back in the day I used to inhale a cadbury bar just to get me through. These days are a lot different thank god and I've created this recipe to satisfy my sweet and comfort needs but also support my body with everything it needs to get through the next few days of Blahhhhhh :( with the help of my lil friend Maca powder, I love it because it supports our hormone system and helps with PMS symptoms and with our moods, so win win right here, and it just tastes yum so that's even a better reason really, so enjoy xx

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup of coconut yogurt (greek yogurt can be used but it tastes sooo much better using coconut yogurt)

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tbls cacao powder

1 tbls of raw cacao nibs

1/2- 1 tsp Maca (start with a smaller quantity if you haven't used it prior)

1 tbls of rolled oats

2 tsp maple syrup

Directions

place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, pour the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh strawberries, some extra cacao nibs, chia seeds and a sprinkle of cacao powder, Delish!! smooth, comforting, sweet and too easy!
