Aloha, Hina Moon Goddess Bites

Alohaaaa beautiful's, this lil creation I'm sharing with you today was birthed whilst doing my training to become a Lomi Lomi practitioner, a lil co creation with my Lomi Lomi teacher and I created one hungry morning during training :) I'm honestly normally a lone wolf in the kitchen so it was super nice to share my love of all things Raw and whole with these beautiful souls. They are sooooo simple to create, taste Amazingggggg and with the Goddess of the Moon and water in it's title, you know this creation is going to be pretty magical!! Weeeeee and yummmmm xx

Ingredients

10 large dates

1 cup of cashews

4 tbls goji berries

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup of mixed seeds (pepita's, sunflower and chia seeds)

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbls coconut oil

2 tbls maple syrup or raw honey

1 tsp powdered cinnamon 

Directions

Place the dates into a food processor, pulse until they start to break down, place the cashews into the processor and pulse until they are just broken into pieces, place the remaining ingredients in and blend until well combined, roll into bite size balls and place in the freezer for an hour to set, Sooooo Aloha babyyy weeeeee xx
